If you would like to return or exchange an item please complete this attached form click here Boytique is dedicated to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have had a change of heart and the item is in its original condition with all its original packaging and tags, simply send back your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. (Excludes shipping fees)
We work hard to ensure that our exchange process is seamless. To exchange an item that is in its original condition with all its original packaging and tags, simply send back the item you wish to exchange within 30 days of purchase and we will complete your request in a timely manner.
CUSTOMER RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused with their original packaging intact (including attached tags). In order to return an item, you must have a detailed history of purchase (receipt, invoice, order number or a valid Boytique account containing your order history).
If you make a partial return of an order which qualified for free shipping, and the total order value is reduced to less then $50.00, Boytique will deduct the shipping costs from the refund.
Please note: Sale items and special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Orders returned as undeliverable by the carrier, due to an incorrect address, will be charged an additional shipping fee to reship to the corrected address.
Returned items that do not adhere to the above terms and conditions will either be accepted with a 50% restocking fee or donated to charity.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
Please print the return form and fill out the required information. Please state the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).
Please include the return form with your item(s). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and please make sure that the proper return address and credit information is provided. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation.
Please allow 4 to 14 days for Boytique to process your return, and please allow more time during busy seasons.
